Roofing website design · Leicestershire & Nottinghamshire
Websites for roofers.
Re-roofs, flat roofs, repairs, leadwork. Built for a trade where trust matters more than price and the customer is often nervous.
The problem
What goes wrong on roofing websites
No proof you are insured or accredited
Roofing has more than its share of cowboys, and customers know it. Insurance, guarantees, CompetentRoofer or a manufacturer approval are the things that settle somebody's nerves — and they are usually buried or missing.
Emergency work not obvious
A leak is an urgent search made in a bad mood, often at night. If your number is not the first thing on the page and it does not dial when tapped, they ring the next result.
No mention of guarantees
A ten or twenty year guarantee is the single strongest thing a roofer can say, and most sites either bury it or leave it out.
What we build
The pages a roofing site needs
- A page per roof type — pitched, flat, EPDM, slate, tiled
- Emergency and leak repairs, with the number impossible to miss
- Guarantees, insurance and accreditations, stated plainly
- Recent jobs with the town and the type of roof
Every one of those is a search somebody actually makes. A single services page tries to answer all of them and ranks for none.
Timing
When the work comes in
Repair work follows the weather; re-roofs are planned in spring and summer. The two need different pages because they are different customers in different moods.
Talk to somebody who knows the trade.
